BEWARE OF JOB SCAMMERS.
When the employer asks for you to pay them a certain amount for the job, and promises you a higher return, it's definitely a red flag.
Another red flag is when the job offer is too good to be true, for example high salary pay that requires little or no experience and less effort which certainly doesn't exist.
Overseas job scams are also rampant. Be careful as Malaysia is estimated to suffer losses of up to RM500 million annually by overseas job scam syndicates. (Source: NST)
Many Malaysians are deceived with bigger salaries and careers overseas. When they reach there and meet the employer, they are told to becomes scammers instead.
It's not a safe world anymore. If you want to find a job online, go through established channels like JobStreet.
Be cautious because it's not easy to get a quick buck. Stay on the safe side.
